I have been a patient of Dr. She's for the past 20 years. He performed sinus surgery on myself and my husband. We are both so happy that he was the doctor we chose for that procedure. I have ongoing ear issues and would not go to any other ENT.. Dr. Scher does not spend time in idle chit chat, he is respectful of the waiting patients. He answers your questions and takes care of your problem. I recommend him to everyone!

Dr. Scher does not care about his patients. He refuses to return phone calls. He doesn't explain what he's doing in the exam room. I went in to his office for recurring ear infections. He told me before I left he just wanted to look down my nose. I thought it was a routine thing for him in his exams. Apparently it was a surgical procedure that I was not informed of. I think this is highly unethical, because as a doctor, he should explain what he's doing to a patient.
