We had a terrible experience with Dr Carter. She made rude comments to my son who was under her care for bad skin. To say how awful his skin looks in a meeting is unnecessary and rude. He is already well aware his skin looks bad which is why we sought her care. Totally unprofessional.

I made an appointment with Dr Carter, and she was very unprofessional by treating me like a second class citizen for making an appointment tor requesting to have a minor procedure done on my face. She scolded me about making the appointment and wasting her time when she had other patients with major procedures, the producedure that I requested would have taken one minute to performed, but she actually took longer scolding me and treating me like a 2nd class citizen. Dr Carter assists in public clinics, but does not treat her low income patients with respect and dignity, most of these patients go to these public clinics because they dont have resources or health insurance. I felt very disrespected with very low morale after I left clinic after Dr Carter just walked out of my treatment/patient room and left me there pretty much talking to myself without even mentioning if she was going to fill my rx for another issue. Dr Carter's showed bias and unprofessional behavior towards me, because without warning she scolded me for a few minutes when actual procedure could have taken a minute to perform. When Dr Carter started scolding me, I asked her: are you have a good day? and she just gave me a dirty mean look. Dr Carter has severe issues and maybe she is stressed like most Doctor's, but she should get treatment for her misery instead of taking it out on her poor patients. sad.

Went in to take care of warts. Dr. Carter did an excellent job taking care of me. She has great customer service and displays an outstanding level of care. She is very active in the medical field and has done her community a great service. I look forward to the treatment plan and coming back for my follow up appointments.
