Doctor was rude and mean
Dr. Natasha Verma was horrible, she kept interrupting me, and tried to be a psychiatrist and scolded me for not giving meds more time that almost put me in the hospital. I kept telling her I will be seeing a psychiatrist, but she insisted I was the cause of my problems because I couldn’t tolerate the meds, and insisted that my last 20 years of difficulty was my fault. I didn’t even come there to discuss psych meds at all, since I am soon seeing a psychiatrist. The berating wasn’t done there, I have a hard time talking because of speech issues, when I didn’t explain things fast enough or perfect enough she would interrupt me and scold me on it. Which made my speech problems even worse, and made her more impatient with me. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone, and if you have speech issues it will feel like the doctor is a bullying you, unfortunately we don’t get to choose our speech problems, luckily I don’t have to see her ever again.

Inexperienced and Rude
This provider has no clue about medications and is rude. Will not be seen in this office ever again. Dont waste your time unless you want to feel like you are being scolded the entire visit.

New Patient visit, Rude, UNKIND, misdiagnosed in my opinion then wrote, I agreed. Refused to provide medical care for a painful ankle injury and said she did not have time to address that. She kept complaining she didn't have records from non-BC providers. I showed her I had copies- she refused to look at any of them. She was not prepared, chastised me for many things that I tried to say, ignored me. Kept saying she didn't have time, accused me constantly over dumb things. horrible experience, who does this!! She was augmentative and dismissive of me or what I said, like I was lying? She misdiagnosis? added 2 things, wrote in her note that I agreed with the POC. I DID NOT! She refused to deal with my ankle pain issue, I had to go to urgent care, paying additional ~200. they addressed it, simple issue. She then walked out of the appt, did not say goodbye, nice to meet you. Very rude/unkind. Leaving I told staff who said maybe the next appt will be better. LOL Wrong- avoid this doctor.
