Dr Blecker is the reason I am alive today.
I am glad that Dr.Blecker was on call when I went to emergency. He saved my life and treated me for quite a few months after. He was always on time for appointments and was very thorough and understanding. He also answered my questions in a way that I could understand. A great doctor.

Dr. Blecker is nothing short of amazing. When my father ended up at Akron Summa Health with a flesh eating infection, which resulted in a full, left arm amputation, Dr. Blecker saved his life. He worked tirelessly for hours, days even weeks to help contain the infection. He had full communication with our family and still to this day helps my father with any issues he may have. Dr. Blecker is very personable, knowledgeable, and overall a wonderful surgeon. Our family can’t thank him enough for all he has done!

thought was better than the first I saw in the ICU but I reacted to the meds at home and he wouldn't change them. nor did the PTSD center he spoke highly of ever call me back after 3 weeks.. waste of co pay won't go back.
