Knows his stuff
Dr Lavid did talk into his recorder after talking to me. He asked me to listen and verify he had it right. That seems to be the norm with Doctors today. But he knew his stuff. I really trusted him and his treatment suggestions. If you want a touchy geeky Doc who will dispense medication like a Pez toy he isn’t your guy. But if you want help beyond medicating symptoms we Dr Lavid.

Dr. Lavid spent most of the intake talking into a tape recorder. He spent very little time talking to me about my current issues with medication/mental health. Later, he refused to write me a necessary prescription. I politely asked about the reasoning. The conversation ended with Dr. Lavid angrily saying, "This is a waste of time. "
