Dr Monaco has only the patient's best interest at heart. This visit was to diagnose shoulder pain and possible rotator cuff impingement. No unnecessary procedures were done, and injection and PT were recommended.

Every time I have an orthopedic need Crystal Clinic has taken excellent care . Dr Monaco has taken such good care of my problems.

Waited maybe 5 minutes after placed in exam room. Most staff, including doctor seemed very huried., although pleasant. 24 hrs later, reviewing the notes, many statements - areas are incomplete, wrong, or i'm thinking 'that wasnt done or checked' . Btw, i am a nurse x 40 yrs.

Dr. Monaco is very proficient in letting his patients know they matter to him. I just had a four-week post surgery appointment. Dr. Monaco took time to discuss every concern and question I had. He always makes sure to include positive news about the recovery process.

I appreciated Dr. Monaco’s willingness to explain and prepare for next steps. Very appreciative for his time and patience while asking him questions.

Dr. Monaco was very thorough and detailed when explaining the treatment and possible future options for my trigger thumb. I appreciated his kindness, expertise, knowledge and professionalism too. He is one of the very few doctors that appears to really care about his patient, making sure that each of us fully understand the condition we have and suggestions for treatment.

Doctor Monaco answered all of my questions compassionately and efficaciously. Staff was wonderful. Front desk staff could have been a little more attentive as I stood there and waited at the front desk while she talked to another staff person only to be told to sign in and sit down. Even with that, the wait was only about four-five minutes at most. For the great treatment from the rest of the office, I can overlook that!

Was put in a room and sat there and sat there and sat there. Was never informed he was behind I drove over an hour to get there and never got to be seen by the doctor I was too upset and left.

Dr. Monaco was very informative and cooperative with my surgery and the process I had to go through. I would highly recommend him and the staff to anyone that is in need of his expertise. Everyone went above andbeyond with my surgery and helped avoid any issues.

He got right down to the problem and came up with a good plan that I felt comfortable with. He made sure I understood and answered any questions.

The staff told me when I was roomed there was one more person ahead of me that he'd be in shortly. I waited OVER an hour in the room, waiting for the Dr. to arrive. Then he asks me questions, doesn't once look at my chart to see medications that I'm already taking. Starts telling me he'll put me on anti-inflammatories. Did you look at my chart I'm already taking those due to the arthritis in my knees. These were prescribed from another physician in your office who treats me for my knees. He says oh.... Does the same thing with creams.... Did you look at my chart at all if you did you could see I already have a prescription for that. I would never recommend him and I've already told the office I will not see him again. I see he has 5 star reviews, defiantly not what I experienced. I'll try Crystal Clinic again just not with Dr. Monaco.
