Very unhappy now
His quality of care has gone downhill. He use to be very personable and seemed to care. Now he just seems not to hear or care. Last visit I told him about a couple serious issues and all I got was nothing, like he did not even hear me. The most serious issue was a test result a few months ago which showed a worsening condition. I saw the results in MyChart that showed the downhill progression. He told me I was better. I had to call HIM and tell him I was worse, not better. All I got was “oh, you’re right”. If I didn’t have MyChart I could have had serious consequences. So not happy anymore.

Compassionate, Dedicated
Dr Stephens and his staff are amazing. He is compassionate, dedicated to patient health, and always listens without making you feel judged. He goes above and beyond in trying to find solutions to issues, and includes his patients in all decision making. I trust him 100%, and he's proven himself over and over. If you want a doctor who is genuine and wants what is best for you go see him.
