He’s rude
He’s rude and doesn’t care about you as a patient. He’s dismissive about my problems And tries to blame me for my issues. Never going back.

After many years I had to stop seeing him. He no longer cares about the patients and is focusing on volume and self preservation.

Dr Yen can use some additional training in communication skill building with patients. He lacks in the area of providing accurate treatment care and services provided for patients. you do not tell your patient when they present a symptom to you with concern that 'they now think they are medical professionals..' that is rude. If you do not like being a physician then perhaps you should retire. You make enough money where you can afford to smile and pretend to care .
