Dr Young and Dr Bahn were very prompt, efficient
Dr Young went out of his way to be helpful with his expertise and time when we needed it. Dr Bahn met us at the emergency room when an unexpected infection occurred on a very busy day in the ER. They both saw us through a difficult time.

I've been seeing Dr Young for stubborn heel pain for a little over a year now. I've been meaning to leave a review since I was a new patient but I have a million things going on and just keep forgetting to do so but wanted to make sure I did because he deserves all the credit in the world. Started off with some conservative treatment options and my body just didn't respond so eventually lead to surgery and for the 1st time I feel like there's just something different about my foot feels different.I haven't put any weight on it yet but Ive notice a huge difference in the pain minimizing. It would hurt even when I wasn't on my foot. I am so thankful for this Dr who never gives up. He provides wonderful visuals as well. I feel like I needed to add this because I am not an explain it all and take in kind of person...I need visuals and he accommodates so well. Dr Young truly is one of the best Drs around.

The most exasperating experience at his practice is the wait time. As a patient arriving on time and then to wait 45 minutes for a standard appointment especially as a senior is just not right.

Offce backup is pitiful
Dr Young is fine but the office staff seems incompetent or overwhelmed. Every time I need a refill of my NSAID I get texts from my pharmacy that "Your Dr has not responded." I call the office and get excuses: "We have a new computer system," "we didn’t get the request,"etc. The final straw was when they dithered for two weeks and then told me that they cannot order it because I had not been seen in over a year. If that is a requirement then I should have been told in advance to make an appointment, not after limping around without my medication for weeks. Which I have done -- with another medical group!

A great doctor. Dr. Young did a skin graft on my lower leg. I had a ulcer on for 7 months. Now it is healed, if it had not been for Dr. Young I would had probably lost my leg.
