Impressive Epidural Experience
Dr Drourr is an excellent practitioner- procedure was on target,minimal discomfort and excellent staff and as a retired OR RN I was very impressed

Poor patient relations.
Despite some reservations about this practice due to reviews, I decided to consult them. The first Nurse Practitioner I consulted, Flo, needs to learn relating to people and brush up on anatomy. BETH, the second NP, was wonderful, asked me the problem and explained treatments. The third NP, Kathy, was in a hurry and couldn’t or wouldn’t explain the 3rd treatment recommended. The first 2 hadn’t alleviated my knee pain (started 10 wks post Total Knee Replacement). Dr Huq performed the short procedures, met at surgery center. These Pain Management specialists are apparently too busy to speak with patients. The Office Manager and Nan were nice. But Freddy was discourteous, uncaring and totally turned me off to returning here. I called the beginning of November for an appointment. Freddy said the practice was in transition, no appointments were available in November, and I’d have to call back after December 1st. Good luck with permanent residents, like me.

Providing the perfect remedy to my specific pain
I’m so grateful to Dr Drourr and his team for the relief I have been given for my most recent bout of pain. The care and concern to zero in on where my problem lies is exceptional! His care and perfect precision to pinpoint the area I need to have an injection has given me such relief! I’m always treated with respect. I’m made to feel calm and cared for. Excellent Care
Dr. Drourr and his staff at Jupiter Pain Clinic were extremely responsive and attentive to my specific needs. They originally saw me as an inpatient after 2 cancer surgeries and continued my pain management program. They immediately responded to phone calls and are clearly concerned about you as a patient. I would recommend over and over again.

Ablation procedure didn't work
Had ablation procedure to deaden the nerves going to the knee (bone on bone - not a candidate for knee replacement). The procedure didn't work. Had 2nd procedure with Drourr's colleague. Same thing, didn't work. Surgery center over billed as well.

I've had shots for most areas of the back by Dr Zahid Huq and other Physicians and they were great. The understanding of the Staff from Reception to scheduling is very professional, friendly, you feel like part of the family. The Physician's Assistant Beth has been fantastic. understanding my needs for pain relief. I recommend Jupiter Pain Management wholeheartedly.

This was a follow-up TeleHealth visit via FaceTime with Beth. A wonderfully well managed virtual visit. Covered everything from the medication visit, plus some additional question on the details of my last treatment. Beth was well prepared as always and was able to answer all of my questions.

I have never spoken with Dr. Drourr in person. I have been a patient of JMC Pain Management for 10-15 years and have had no changes in medication in probably 5 years. A couple years ago I experienced a fracture of my L-1 disc. The ER doctor injected cement. I never did receive any improvement and there are other factors affecting my pain level. On my last appointment I asked for a change in my meds to achieve better relief. I was turned down without getting to explain my circumstanceI won't name The PA's name as she is acting on Dr.'s criteria. I would very much like to speak directly with Dr. Drourr. Dr. and staff were completely unprepared for my visit and had not reviewed medical records provided a week prior to the visit. Dr. was recommending a procedure previously provided by an associate doctor. Staff failed to obtain medical records.
