Dismissive
This Dr. seemed bored and unwilling to see beyond the moment. I was told that nothing was wrong and to come back in 6 months. Since this appointment, I had a brain MRI that revealed multiple white matter lesions. I’m glad I believed in my own feelings and not this particular Dr.

I went to him for 1 visit. He put me on a medication that I didn't even need. When I reached out to him about a medication that I did actually need, he refused to refill it. His nurse was very disrespectful and would not even hear me out about my issue. She kept cutting me off and ultimately hung up in my face. I did not raise my voice, I did not curse, I simply asked her to repeat and explain herself for refusing to prescribe a medication that I have been on for years. My primary doctor had prescribed it for me and had to retire suddenly due to health issues. I have a 1 in a million neurological disorder and the medication that they refused to refill is the only one that helps without effecting my diabetes. Don't waste your time dealing with this doctor or his extremely rude nurse. Oh and I almost forgot to mention, I later found out that he was standing right there when his nurse was speaking to me this way. Smh

He was brusque, dismissive, and did not perform any sort of exam. He spent his time looking at my chart and barely glanced at me. Because I'm a Veteran, my prescription and billing are slightly tricky; I tried to explain how that needed to be done and was waved off as if they understood how to manage it. My VA RN had to call to get the prescription submitted correctly, and they have yet to submit the bill properly.
