RUN don't walk away from this thing
I had been a patient for five years and stressed every month I had to go to his office. The only reason I stayed there was the difficulty of finding a doctor who would prescribe the medication I had been on for over 35 years. One day he came into the room and I gave him a new MRI and Nerve testing showing damage from the cancer treatment I was currently going through. He said he didn't care about my tests then started yelling at me and said he would be cutting my meds. He uses the threat of cutting your medication as a power play. Then he asked if I had taken a shower that morning. I shower 1 to 2 times a day and asked why he would say that. He said well you live in Big Bear. He was trying to get me to lose my temper so he would have a reason to dismiss me. He doesn't respect people. He stands in the doorway for the entire visit. This person abused his power with me and I have seen it happen in his office several times. I am currently with a doctor who has worked with me to help me.

Rude doesn’t seem to care about his patience
Telehealth
I’ve been seeing Dr. Loomba for several months now I’ve had three back surgeries to hip replacements and a knee replacement. I’ve had rheumatoid arthritis. since I was 12 years old. I’m 59 now I am in chronic pain all the time. Everything was going OK until my insurance changed from Alpha care to Desert Valley now they tell me they can’t get a referral until around September 8, I’ve seen referrals get approved in one day and all they can say is we are very sorry. Sorry doesn’t get it. I can only wish these people could experience the pain I’m going through. Then maybe their attitude would be different.

Professional and friendly Dr. and Staff
Dr Loomba and His Staff are always friendly and professional. I have never had a visit where it felt rushed or treated rudely or even as if I were less than a friend. They remember your name when you come-in and always with a smile.

He is the most rudest doctor I have ever met, degrades other doctors if he does not agree with them, thinks he knows everything, will not listen to you, talks down to you and he does not ever know what is wrong with you, gets you confused with other patients. The wait time is ridiculous. I will never ever step into that mans office again.

I have not only seen Dr. Loomba as a patient, but I also worked for him for several years. I have seen it all in this office and I can tell you that Dr. Loomba cares about all of his patients. The only people that he tells to get lost are the people who fail the drug test (which are given to everybody) and the people abusing drugs and using multiple pharmacies. He stays on top of these issues and has the right to refuse service to anyone. He genuinely cares about his “real” patients and constantly rids his office of the trash that I can promise you are leaving these one star reviews. As a patient I have had several injections with Dr Loomba, all which have helped me tremendously. I have also assisted him in many injections and I have seen the relief that he provides. If you’re a fraud just trying to abuse or sell your meds - stay away because he will call you out to your face. If you’re a genuine patient then Dr. Loomba will take great care of you!

Loomba is not a good doctor he actually yelled at me in my face and called me a liar. my surgeon asked me not to get my spinal injection before my surgery saying it will take me longer to recovery from major surgery. So I refused the injection until after my surgery. when I told Loomba that the anesthesia doctor told me to refuse the injection, he yelled at me and called me a liar and said I wasted his workers time because she had to submit for the injection and he was plain out ugly.

Hygienic care for this doctor much kept trying to tell me I had a problem with my spine when I told him I didn't instead of focusing on my real pain problem kept pushing the opioids at me even though I told him I drove truck and I can't take them then I got my bill for an $800 office visit consultation for a new patient after seeing that I decided I didn't need a doctor like that

Dr. Loomba is rude and doesn't care much for his patients. I recently filed a grievance against him with my insurance company citing poor service, harassment, defamation of character and slander. I have also found out that many others have had similar problems with him. Do not go to him. I will never set foot in his office again!

DOCTOR WAS VERY ARROGANT. Spoke down to me, called me a drug addict. My prescription history is flawless, no red flags, no suspicion of any wrong doing. Just because I have an extensive, complicated medical history with a high opiate tolerance, which isn't my fault. Dr said that my 8 abdominal surgeries and diagnosis of both Aggressive Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn's disease was "nothing." This jerk is a nightmare. He only wants simple cases, if you're a patient with an opinion, he's not for you.

This Dr is highly Unprofessional. He does not listen to his patients. Regardless the records you may have or past procedures etc that have been done. He does not review records and will not follow up care according what works for ones particular needs. By far the worst Doctor I've seen years. Would never recommend anyone to this Dr. To top it all off waiting time took 4 hours horrible service never again this lifetime!!!

I've been seeing Dr. Loomba for chronic pain for quite a few years now. He and his office staff have always been kind, courteous, caring and ready to listen. Any time I've had any concerns he has listened and answered any questions I might have. The one time there was a mixup between ins. co, his office and pharmacy, his staff and he personally took it upon themselves to straighten it out. I would recommend his office HIGHLY. Thank you for superb care.

Lucky to go here! Without Dr. Loomba I would be unable to continue to work. His procedures have been precise hitting exactly into my pain areas. He is careing and takes the time to find out how I'm doing. I would recommend him to others who suffer from chronic pain

Very horrible doctor. Seems to ignore you when you are talking to him. Just wants to push injections, showed him how many times I've gotten them done by a few other doctors and they didn't work. He just replies that I haven't gotten them done by him. The PA Dr. Jenske is great. He knew my pain as he is a pain sufferer too. He would increase my meds, but whenever he wasn't in and I had to see Dr. Loomba he would get mad and cut them immediately without slowly weaning me down to a lower dose.
