Dr. Navpreet Minhas, MD

Arrived for appt. Scheduled 1 month in advance for my 17 ye old son and was told blankly: "We canceled your appt because Dr. Minhas doesn't see people under age 18." Had my sons DOB from day 1 snd had even called to confirm the appt. the day before! No apology, no explanation as to why a "family physician" doesn't see people under 18. Meanwhile, WE jumped through hoops are our end to be there on time but no one seemed to care and they literally just stared at me blankly as if waiting for me to--what--say, "great, fine, no biggie". Office staff stinks.

Had myself and my sons set to see Dr. Minhas. Booked the appointments well in advance and provided all information asked including birthdays (more than once). My 17 year old son went to his appointment which was confirmed by the office a day in advance. When he got there, he was told Dr. Minhas doesn’t see anyone under 17. On follow up there was no explanation as to how such a glaring fact could have been missed as I gave his birthday more than once when making the appt and no explanation as to how someone who bills himself as a “family practitioner” doesn’t see anyone who’s not a full grown adult. I cancelled the appts for myself and my other son and we will continue to look for a physician with competent staff who is genuinely a family physician. Huge waste of our time.

Dr.Minhas is a true blessing and I'm so grateful to be a patient. I feel truly cared for like family. He goes above and beyond.

Dr. Minhas is much more than a primary care physician. He is a professional that cares for his patients. Just a routine visit might save your life because he will go above and beyond what your there for, but will still perform a throrough exam. He has diagnosed several things on a hunch recommending to follow up with a specialist. His cognitive thinking and caring concerns resulted in fact. He is not in the business only for financial gain, he truly cares for his patients health. (J. Anderson

He is readily available and spends time with patients and does not overbook. Have gotten good advice from him and know that he researches all problems.
