He was rude and did not listen
Was rude and condescending. Was seeing him due to chronic pain and he kept telling me medication was not the answer and the I needed to “use mind over matter.” Told me that because I had a history of alcohol use I would “always” be an abuser of alcohol and would “relapse” no matter how hard I worked to stay sober. Nurses are always rude and make comments to each others under their breath.

GREAT DOCTOR 15 OUT OF 10
Dr. Kneeland has been my doctor for over 10 years to help control moderate to severe pain for degenerative disc in my lower back and osteoarthritis in neck and both shoulders and legs. I have had multiple cortosone injections, 3 nerve ablations and insertion of neuro muscular nerve stimulator to help with pain in lower back. This doctor takes the time to answer your questions, and is very knowledgeable in his field of medicine. I am an older female with a nursing background and find the doctor is number one for me. I give him a 12 out of 10.

Pain control
Dr Kneeeland has definitely gotten pain control to be manageable. He has a great Physician Assistant working under. His name is Matt Zemacke. The office and outpatient day hospital are well run and the staff is very friendly in the clinic and hospital.

After 2 mris I received letters with one paragraph, no real solution and a suggestion to see an ortho. Many attempts to talk to someone at his office that failed amd his office never followed through communication. A disappointment. Would not recommend a doc that can't have staff or himself call with results.
