INEXPERIENCED
Dr Neda M seems to be a kind person. HOWEVER,she has NOT mastered the operational aspect of running a practice. Her staff initially claimed my serves were not covered by my insurance (which i knew wasn't true). They sent a $200 bill which i paid but responded w a stern admonished. THESE irresponsible practices drive the elderly on fixed incomes and the working poor with insurance away. I could afford it so I paid it but wagged my finger at the inexperience.They later admitted the error, said they would refund and here we are over a MONTH later with a CRÉDIT sitting in the books and NO REFUND to my Amex!NO. I'm not pleased. I also don't think it's intentional. I think she just LACKS EXPERIENCE.One other thing I noticed is all of Dr Nedas reviews from ppl who have only reviewed once or twice in the past. Those are usually PLANTS from family or friends. How do I know??? I have close friends who are doctors.Dr Neda, get more training. Be more concerned ab your reputation.

I saw Dr. Mehmandoost last week, after having pain in my Achilles’ tendon for a long time. She was so caring, patient, and thorough with the entire process of figuring out what was wrong. Coming from a medical practice background myself, I have very high standards of bedside manner, front office staff, cleanliness, etc. Feeling like I was in GREAT hands the entire time is truly an understatement. Every single staff member I came across was so pleasant and wonderful, which was a huge plus.
