I Definitely would recommend Dr. Ryali!!
I have been with Dr. Ryali for over 10 yrs now. A little over a year ago Dr. Ryali saved my life. If it wasn’t for her to get me in to have a test done because of swelling in my feet I probably wouldn’t be here. They found blood clots in my both my lungs and in my leg after coming back from a trip. (Long drive). I will ever be grateful to her. She is someone that you can talk to about ANYTHING. She will tell you her honest opinion. I just love her and will always stick with her. I’ll never forget when that Cardiologist said that “YOUR DOCTOR SAVED YOU!” You know that right? I said oh yes I do!!! :)

Absolute Gem
Dr. Ryali has been my PCP for 10 years. She is, without a doubt, the best doctor I’ve ever had. I have chronic health issues and I’ve seen a lot of doctors. She encourages collaborative care and works with the patient to take care of your needs in ways that work best for each individual.

Her nurses purposely ignore your phone calls and get annoyed if you ask for any help. I made two spaced out phone calls about my health and both of them were ignored. Ryali herself is no help either. I am sure she is good for older patients that don't speak up for themselves, but you if bring up problems she ignores them or does nothing about them. She literally told me she wasn't going to do testing when I asked for some because it was like 'finding a needle in a haystack'. Is that the job of a primary care doctor? To help find out what is wrong with you? Not just tell you no and take your money while you continue to have health problems. I recommend you look for other doctors before resorting to her.

Dr. Ryali and her nurses have been very helpful and professional during a recent health issue. Dr. Ryali’s nurses, Dawn and Christina are particularly responsive and kind when I reached out to them with concerns and questions. Also, I appreciate having the option of tele-health appointments.

Good at first, now not so much. Once I brought up needing help about stds she and her nurses seemed uninterested in me. She also wouldn't order an std test for me, nurse said she doesn't do those so I had to go elsewhere to get my test. Can't find a new doctor due to the pandemic so I am screwed without help. She seems to only care about her patients that are older and not very open minded at all.

At first, she was very good, then appointments started being rescheduled; she seemed to be distracted. I learned from an office employee that her entire staff quit (walked out) at the same time last year, so that says something is going on. Maybe whatever was going on is resolved now, but I won't go back.

I was with this Dr for a year and every appt I had was either rescheduled at the last minute, or I'd show up and she was out on an emergency at the hospital. I chose an internist because I thought one could address all of my health concerns, but every time I had a problem, even a small one I was referred to a specialist. She even very needlessly sent me to one specialist. I was always rushed in and out with no problems being solved. She is too busy to give adequate care to her patients

Dr. Ryali was my doctor for 5 years. She was always professional, always concerned, listened, explained thoroughly, and made me feel like she was genuinely compassionate. She was as actively involved in my care as I was. She has a "bedside manner" that makes an individual feel like their health is very important to her. Her staff was also responsive to my calls. If not for my insurance, I would still be her patient.
