She is absolutely amazing. Dr. Alam was so thorough and kind. She was able to explain everything to me plainly without condescension and words can't express how much I appreciate it. She ordered more tests to make sure she could come up with the right treatment plan before prescribing which I love and explained all the options for medicines so I could do my homework just in case. Most importantly, she didn't scare me and provided me relief with her pleasant yet thorough interactions and I couldn't thank her more. Her staff, Ms. Holly, is also so kind and really advocates. Thank You!

The worst. Didn't even give me any HIPA or disclosure forms. The receptionist took my blood pressure - I don't think there are any nurses or other medical staff. There aren't even any medical devices or equipment in the office. I told her about a pretty common surgery I'd had previously and she asked me what it was. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

This doctor treated my father in-law very poorly. He was a patient of over 10 years. The office submitted a claim incorrectly and when he refused to pay until they worked out the situation with the provider, they denied him service and asked him to find a new doctor. He was very upset. I am very disappointed in this and do not recommend this physician to anyone.

She was recommended from my sister in law. I had put together all the information my doctor said would be important. She was arrogant and had no bedside manor. She threw my data back at me and said she didn't need it and ordered more tests. She kept asking me why I was there. My sister in law since has been and hated her as well. I got zero bills and then got a phone call my bill had been sent to collections. I felt like she didn't listen at all.

Dr. Alam has a policy of never talking to patients on the phone or by email. Even if you have a simple question, you have to drive over and pay for an office visit to get an answer. Or you can send her a message by regular mail. It's ridiculous.

When a doctor projects arrogance and you feel uncomfortable, that's a key sign of trouble to come. BEWARE: THIS DOCTOR IS ARROGANT!!!
