Poor attitude and lack of patient care skills.
My father has been seeing Dr. Jamwal for the last year for his Parkinson's Disease, and her office is far away from him. When Dr. Jamwal was asked to give a referral to another Henry Ford neurologist who specializes in Parkinson's, which she offered the first time he went to visit, she treated my parents very poorly. She claimed that she could not give referrals, and that she has patients that drive all the way from Flint to see her. She was very rude and made both of my parents feel very uncomfortable, basically trying to bully them into staying with her. She has never kept her word with anything she has promised by father, including consulting with a retired Parkinson's specialist about his case, and always just does the same basic tests at his appointments. Funny how she told my parents my father might not get to see the doctor he wanted, but their office called literally hours after his last appointment with Dr. Jamwal to set up an appointment. I would not take my dog to see her.

She explained a bunch of stuff & offered me other tests if I so desired. Down the road if I'm still not right & can see her again or contact her thru MyChart & she will set up test for me.
