Extremely disappointed with this practice and Dr. Jain. He did a procedure on my dad‘s neck that was supposed to help his pain but it actually has made it intensely worse for almost 8 weeks now. No answers on how to help this are given and he doesn’t call patients or return phone calls. Then my dad was in the hospital over the weekend, got released on Monday and drove 45 minutes on oxygen to see Dr. Jain so that he can get some help with this pain. Dr. Jain was “running behind” and my dad‘s oxygen was running low so he finally left after an hour and a half of waiting and never saw the doctor. No apologies are given, no one seems to care about this inconvenience nor the intense pain my dad is in. This is completely unacceptable and I am advising my dad to find a new doctor. I do NOT recommend anyone go here.

My stupid attorney sent me to this guy. He stabbed my back with 5 needles into my disc just to tell me that is what is causing my pain. I go and see surgeon and surgeon said there is nothing for him to do. Basically dr jain who I never even seen did this real painful procedure into my disc and I'm in worse pain. He has a nurse practitioner named cindy who wants to give me oxy and I dont want no stupid opioids. I just want my pain to go away. I'm going to a new pain clinic as a result.

The people in the office that Dr. Jain has surrounded himself with are inept. I have been scheduled for a procedure three different times. The first time they never wrote the procedure in the book. The second time they had to change it, I didn't give them a third time! Never got to see Dr. Jain. Both appointments were with a PA. I asked if I would ever get to meet the Dr. , and was told I would before I received my injection. Not good enough for me, I will look elsewhere for Help.
