1- I wished my chart was checked to know that I was having a physical and needed blood word done and advised to fast. Which I didn't. Now I have to get my lab done another day which is very inconvenient. 2- the medication prescribed is very expensive even with insurance. I think it's the generic version but it is still more than $100. Maybe alert me of that too.3- it was a physical examination but the doctor did not check my breast for lumps and barely touched my stomach area to feel for lumps too. Only saw my throat for barely a second. I had previous physicians checked me in more detail way.
