Loved her as a doctor. Actually seems to care. Charged for services not rendered. Refuses to fix the issue. It's now hit my credit report which is going to force me to pay it. Likely going to report to the Illinois medical board over $84. What's also funny is there's been multiple reviews posted and all have been removed....

Very thorough and helpful
Today was my first visit with Dr.Kapil and very impressed. No waiting time, staff polite, patient and friendly. The Dr herself very thorough. Took her time trying to know about my past medical and personal history. Ordered test to do a thorough work up and explained the reason for each step. Helped me to overcome my fears. Friendly, patient and not rushed. I plan on keeping her and her staff for all my care. They are truly taking good care of me.

Dr Kapil was beyond excellent. She listened attentively to my concerns and addressed them respectfully and with understanding. We came up together with a plan for moving forward and scheduled a followup appt to check on progress.
