Apparently I'm Just Anxious
I (female in eaarly 20s) spent 3 months waiting to see this doctor. Joint pain so bad I had to use a cane, constant fatigue, brain fog, and a even tests that showed I could have an autoimmune disorder. She insisted that because I take anxiety medication all of my problems were psychiatric in nature. I 0% recommend her to anyone looking to actually get treatment.

Please, do yourself a favor and go to someone else
It was terrible every single time. She was constantly dismissive, would not listen to what I was saying, and made me feel like awful the entire time. Every time I left an appointment I had a migraine. I was always waiting to be called back for at least an hour, usually longer. She had me try a couple different medications that did nothing for my pain and left me dealing with awful side effects. When I told her about these side effects she completely dismissed me, saying that I didn't have them. Her advice every single appointment was to stretch and exercise more.My friend gave me advice to start a pain journal as well as have someone with me the next appointment. I had several weeks worth of information about my pain written out but she wouldn't even look at it and the moment my friend started asking questions Pansuria completely shut everything down and told me I need to find another doctor.

Avoid this doctor! Her incompetency and ill regard for patient care resulted in an emergency ER visit and three days in the hospital. If I had listened to her, I could have had internal bleeding due to my platelets being so low.

Avoid
Dr. Pansuria is confident but not always right. She doesn’t struggle with empathy; she seems content that it’s lacking. She lacks perspective and concern. Her clinical judgment is deficient. I’m looking forward to seeing a different rheumatologist. If she were the last such doctor in the city, I’d drive as far as it took to see someone else.

I am 31 and have had fibromyalgia for 10 years.... She tried to tell me that I was too young for fibromyalgia and it was all in my head but fibromyalgia was the only thing after 10 years of dealing with it and all the countless times of research that made sense I had almost every symptom....

Compassionate Physician
Dr. Pansuria was extremely kind, caring, and professional. Her expertise about autoimmune diseases was evident during the appointment. She took the necessary time to answer questions and if we didn’t fully understand, she patiently explained again. Additionally she was very thorough in reviewing symptoms of illness and approaches for dealing with symptoms. Extremely pleased with Dr. Pansuria and feel confident about being in her care.

This doctor is the rudest doctor I've ever been to. She doesn't care about her patients and doesn't listen. She doesn't consider what you say and acts like she knows it all. She called me fat, made me wait an hour and half after my appointment time for her to come into exam room, didnt bother to even examine me, or listen to my family history. She called in a prescription that never actually got called in anywhere and when I quit going to her she wrote mean untrue things in my notes. If you want to be listened to or respected like a human being do not go to this doctor for any reason. She's awful and shouldn't be a doctor. (I hope you get fired)

She is insisting patients keep office visits even though we are under Governor’s orders to shelter at home. She has the lab results and will not allow refills on prescriptions until i show up in person. That has to be nothing more than a scheme to get $$ from office visits. I am at risk 3 different ways that would make COVID19 deadly for me and she wants me to come to a HEALTHY non-essential office visit or she will not refill my rheumatoid arthritis meds. If you have not already gotten HOOKED by this person, do not go to her — keep searching even if you have to leave Bowling Green.

She has the worst interpersonal skills of any Dr. I have ever seen. She’s VERY rude! If you’re looking for a compassionate doctor, don’t go to her! I waited 1.5 hours in the waiting room.

I’ve never waited over 10 minutes to see her. I’m in early stages of being diagnosed but she’s running tests and trying to identify my condition. I don’t have anything negative to say about her. She’s done more than any other rheumatologist I’ve seen.

She spends very little time with her patients but expects them to wait in the waiting room for over an hour and half every time. Every time my mother goes, she spends at least 1 1/2 or more on the waiting room and less than 10 minutes with the doctor. My mom was sick with a very bad cold and Dr. P was upset with her for being there yet Dr. P would not refill her script without seeing her. My mother sat for almost two hours before seeing Dr. P. Ridiculous!!!!!

I have been trying to get set up with this doctor and 2 times my previous doctor forwarded my records to them. I spoke with Cindy and she informed me that she did not receive them the 1st time they were sent. I had them resent and called that day to follow up and was told by the other person in the office that she had them and would give to Cindy for the doctor to review. I followed up again today (2 weeks later) and Cindy again said she had nothing on me. I would not recommend this office.

Best rheumatologist in Bowling Green. Diagnosed me correctly on my first visit and provided medication that has greatly relieved my pain and inflammation. Don't be afraid to take the medicines. She is willing to work with natural herbal remedies and approved the ones I was interested in using. I had been misdiagnosed by another rheumatologist in Bowling Green and suffered until I found Dr. Pansuria. She is very smart and also kind; willing to take time to answer questions. Highest recommendation

I drove two hours to come meet Dr.Pansuria and I must say, I would have driven two more for the treatment I received. She was very professional in making sure every question was answered (and I had alot people lol), putting it in 'non-doctor' terminology for me, and taking my issues seriously. Her staff is also very professional and as sweet as can be. Also, willing to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend Dr.Pansuria and her staff to anyone seeking a Rheumatologist.
