I went in for a routine physical and also brought up a few concerns. Dr. Carroll was very thorough, explained my conditions that were of no concern, and referred me to specialists for others. I was impressed with his knowledge and thoroughness. I am happy to have Dr. Carroll as my PCP and would recommend him to anybody.

Dr. Carroll does an excellent job and I have no plans on changing my provider. He also is the PCP for my two kids. He delivered my 2nd child and did an amazing job!

I am severely diabetic, I saw 3 doctors in Baker City none of which were a good fit for my diabetes or me. I then was referred to Dr. Carroll by my pharmacy....I made an appt. and I was more than 100% satisfied. He REALLY cares about his patients!!! I hope to have him for the rest of my days.
