Patient and thorough Physician
My 90-year-old mom started seeing Dr. Culligan after she felt that she was experiencing more than usual memory issues. Several of her family members suffer with dementia and Alzheimer's, so she was very concerned. She was given extensive memory testing, and Dr. Culligan was extremely patient, kind and encouraging when giving her the results. He took his time and asked many questions about her activity, not only physical but also mental stimulation, and encouraged her to keep up both to keep her mind as healthy as possible. She is so comfortable and happy with him.

MY MOTHER WAS SEEN BY THIS DOCTOR FOR A HAND ISSUE, HE OF COURSE RIGHT AWAY WROTE A PRESCRIPTION. THE PRESCRIPTION DID NOT WORK, WE, THE FAMILY, CALLED THIS DOCTOR, HE JUST INCREASED THE DOSAGE, WHEREUPON MY MOTHER BECAME ALMOST PARALYZED. A PERFECT EXAMPLE OF A DOCTOR NOT READING THE CHARTS/RECORDS WHERE HE WAS ADVISED MY MOTHER WAS EXTREMELY SENSITIVE TO DRUGS/MEDICATIONS. WE TOOK HER TO A DIFFERENT DOCTOR, HE TOOK HER OFF ALL THE MEDS THIS NEIL CULLIGAN HAD PRESCRIBED. YET ANOTHER DOCTOR TO BE SURE NOT TO GO TO.

On 4/21/2020 I spoke to office associate named Claire. During Covid19 Pandemic this office told me that they would not give me any appt. since I was not an ongoing patient. I did go to this office back in the summer of 2015, but still I was denied ANY appt. for any reason.
