Terrible
I had an appt today to remove a Foley catheter. I was discharged from the hospital with it after surgery. My sister came back in the room with me with the doctor. My sister had asked the doctor if they would do a bladder scan after it was removed. The doctor said why would you need to know that why would you care. My sister taken aback replied that’s how they were monitoring if I was voiding in the hospital. He said well do you usually know if you’re emptying and told her well they have better ways of assessing it. So I asked how do you check then. He said they fill my bladder then take the foley out and check how much I empty. I thought he was very rude and unprofessional. They then had me wait for the nurse to remove the foley. They had me go back into the waiting room. I waited for an an hour then they are like oh you have to wait in this waiting room for the nurse. So they finally got me in the back again. Confirmed my bladder emptied with a bladder scan. Terrible!!!

Will never go back
First visit was pretty good. When I went for a procedure and it was a different story. From the time I was called out of the waiting room to when I left, it went from bad to worse. Staff was disorganized, unfocused, and seemed uncaring. Because of several unprofessional and inappropriate things that happened during the appointment and procedure (both by staff & Dr. Grafstein), I will never go back and will never recommend that anyone else go there.

Dr Grafstein is one of the best doctors I have ever seen! Dr Grafstein has worked hard to help me to manage the urinary problems that often occur in my complex chronic condition. He exudes optimism and confidence despite the limitations my condition has placed on treatment options. He is genuinely happy when there is progress. He isn't satisfied with mediocre improvement - he will work until the problem is resolved. Dr Grafstein is always clear in his explanation of current options and next steps. He never puts you through anything more than what's necessary. He is always conscious and sensitive to what you're feeling as the patient - he understands the anxiety and discomfort and puts you at ease. Dr Grafstein remembers you from one appointment to the next and gives you his full attention at every appointment. He sits facing you - not a screen. Office is organized and efficient. Emails are answered within 24 hours. Hands-down my favorite doctor!

i was referred to Dr. Grafstein for incontinence and pain after prostate cancer that my Dr could not help with. Have seen him 7 years now and he have been most helpful and able to solve my problem. I was offered a artificial sphincter surgery but I declined for years. If it was not for my trust in Dr. Grafstein and his team I would not had the surgery I had 3 months ago. During the whole process Dr. Grafstein have been there supporting and answering questions in excellent way. Highly recommend
