Superior Physician
I had been short of breath and coughing for several years. My primary care physician was unable to figure out what was wrong. Dr. Horning performed a thorough examination and testing and was able to develop a treatment plan that relieved all of my symptoms. He is a wonderful physician.

At initial appointment, I requested a breathing test, as it was the reason I scheduled an appointment. I was told they would contact me in the Fall to schedule one and that I didn't need to follow up. They never called. I called in November to schedule the appointment. They scheduled a required covid test, the breathing test and an appointment with Dr. Horning. Later I looked and found I was unable to see the upcoming appointment on their online system. They never figured it out but I did find out that the appointments were not scheduled at the agreed upon times. Then I discovered that the changed the appointment with Dr. Horning to someone else that was not a Doctor. The appointment with Dr. Horning was supposed to be an annual appointment. Then I found out that they had scheduled it on a day that Dr. Horning wasn't in the office. I told them to cancel all of the appointments as I wouldn't be coming. They only cancelled the last appt. I got reminders for 2 others(cancelled)
