I love My dr. I’ve been seeing him for about 5 yrs and he’s so very understanding, supportive and kind. I will refer him to any and everyone. He responds to my emails and always wants me to tell him the truth about how I’m feeling and how the meds are making me feel. I cannot express just how much I’m thankful for him.

After 5 years w Dr. Jariwala, I was making progress with my treatment plan. I last saw him in May 2024. August 28, 2024 was at 12pm . After 2 confirmation texts from the office prior to said appointment, I received a call an hour before my visit from the office stating not only did I not have an appointment, but I no longer have a doctor. NO EXPLANATION. Super unprofessional, especially for mental health care. Apparently, Jariwala is still there but no reference or response to my email and this was for medication management.

I don’t understand all the negative reviews. I’ve been seeing Dr Jarawailla for 4 years. He did switch practices and I followed him. He’s always on time with my medications. I’ve had no issues.

Do not take your child here.
Do not take your special needs children here. I stick it out for a bit over a year, I tried really hard to overlook the negligence and the impersonal care, the rudeness and or absolute silence from office staff, but I finally have enough. Those of us with Autism and special needs children are desperate for medication management and behavioral guidance from 'specialists' and Indiana lacks specialists for this disability. My experience:- first visit intake was dominated by the nurse talking about her children's disabilities instead of evaluating my child and our needs.- Subsequent visits were virtual but our Dr. switched us to a nurse practicer out of Texas who without evaluating and getting to know my child, was diagnosing him with disabilities he doesn't have and suggesting extreme medications. - After complaining I was told our original Dr. would manage my son. His visits were monthly but medications were never called in, notes for school administered medication. Not provided. I'

Absolutely terrible!
I go to Virtual Consult. Every time the office people are rude! They never call back when you call the office. Dr Jariwala never gets your refills taken care of on time! This causes major problems with withdrawals and headaches and anxiety as well as other issues.

A Personal Account of My Disappointing Experience
Telehealth
I am writing to share my deeply personal and disheartening journey with Virtual Consult Md., a healthcare practice that, regrettably, failed to provide me with the support and care I desperately needed during a challenging period in my life.My interactions with Virtual Consult Md. began with Dr. Janet Salimonu, who, despite her professional title, did not extend the compassion and attention to detail I had hoped for. From the outset, issues arose with the timely completion of essential paperwork required for my leave of absence, leaving me in a state of uncertainty and stress. Despite my efforts to address these concerns, the response from the practice was consistently inadequate, compounding my anxiety and feelings of being let down.Subsequently, I was transferred to Dr. Neil Jariwala, who I had hoped would bring a fresh perspective and renewed commitment to my care. Is it ever okay if an intern joins the session without prior permission from patient? Oh yeah, he did ask for permission only when session is about to begin and intern is already there (seated in front of you) and you are pressured to say yes.Be aware and express this beforehand to this doctor. Seems unethical for a doctor to bring a third party not caring about your privacy so casually.

Saw this doctor one time and I knew he was the right one for me. Unfortunately he left the practice right after my visit-it wasn't my fault, I swear! Sure wish I knew where he is practicing now!
