Dr Maldonado is the absolute best doctor ever! I'm so disappointed to see that he has left the practice downtown at the urgent care. I would love to know where he plans on practicing next!

Dr. Maldonado He is very humble, kind, and above all, he cares about my health. When I have come with a pain , he prescribes me the ideal to eliminate pain. He sends me for analysis and is always pending the annual exams that I need. He is the best!!!

Where do I start? My appointment was at 12:00, got called back at 12:00! I saw the doctor, got labs, urine sample, and X-rays in under 1 hr 10 minutes. He is thorough and thank goodness for that because I had bilateral pneumonia. Had no clue it was anything other than a cold. Dr Maldonado seems to take pride in his patients health and wellness. He has great bedside manner, personable, and he’s KIND. I’m 43 and he’s easily the best Dr I’ve ever had. I highly recommend him.

I’ve been seeing Dr Maldonado for a 4 years. He is always personable, caring, never in a rush, and has been accurate in diagnosing whatever was ailing me. He takes the time to explain everything. I always leave feeling confident that he has done the best for me. I highly recommend him.

Dr Maldonado attended to me due to my Primary Care Dr had no open emergency appointments. He listened to all my needs and helped me in a very caring way. I would definitely go back to him .

By far the best doctor I’ve ever had. Professional and humble.

I would give zero stars if I could. Waiting time is awful. Called for my blood results a week later and said he was still reviewing them and stated that they would be posted to the patient portal on Monday. I called in the late afternoon again because they were not posted. Staff tells me that he will not post it because I have to come in person as soon as possible because my “results were abnormal.” I asked what about my test was abnormal and they said they could not tell me over the phone. So freaked out, I left work and went there ASAP. After waiting forever (over an hour), he tells me my cholesterol is high and really it is not based on my numbers. Tells me I need to go for more bloodwork in five months or he wants to put me on pills. I am completely healthy and in my early 30’s. He then stated that he had no idea he could post my results on the patient portal. He is a pill pusher and orders unnecessary tests. I will NEVER return there or ever recommend this office.

Dr. Maldonado wasted my time. He was not very interested in checking the medical problem I was complaining about. He refused to prescribe any tests that could help me. He was relying on what medication I had taken in the past, and he just wanted to prescribe the same thing, without examining me. I was very disappointed in him as a doctor.

My appointment today with Dr.Maldonado was the best experience I have had in a medical facility. At 71 I have had lots.The I am terrified of going to the doctor and he made me feel totally at ease. He is intelligent and has an excellent bedside manner. Really listened to me. I didn't feel rushed and felt that he genuinely cared about what I said. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely competent and charming. Then I needed blood drawn. I have a phobia about getting blood drawn because I am a difficult draw and have had many bad experiences. Dr Maldonado told me "don't worry, I will take care of you. ".Very reassuring. The phlebotomist Idaallis did the best draw I have ever had. I am from NYC and we expect things to be done well. My visit today exceeded any expectations . I was totally Impressed.Denise Mc P

Dr Neil Maldonado is the BEST Dr both my wife and I have ever had and we have had a lot at 76. We live here in naples year round use the DOC as our prime Doc . I have to agree he has a nurse E. first letter first name is awful I agree whole heartedly with the comment above ...we have been seen the Doc for about 3years and all the other staff are great, friendly SMILE and make you feel comfortable welcome. She left on maternity leave we were hopeing she might not come back....When you meet with the Doc he looks into your eyes and actually talks to you when he has good news from test results and bad news....Dr. Tyhrone is also good...you call me if you wish Rob and Sigrid Mucci naples fl July 23 2019

Great gentleman, very enthusiastic and helpful. Has helped me and my husband many times at Naples Walk-In (the best place in town).

I loved Dr Neil Maldonado- He was very calm and thorough. He really took his time to talk and explain. I would certainly recommend him to ANYONE in need of a Doctor. A first class gentleman- Sorry to hear about his nurse, but I believe down here in Naples the nursing staff rotates frequently. I sure hope you told the Doctor your concern. I am confident he would never tolerate that type of behavior.

Very disappointed with the staff especially Dr Maldonado’s nurse. No compassion for the elderly, in fact her ego thrives on making seniors suffer. She is disgraceful.
