Dr. Neill Ramos, MD

I was unable to book an appointment. the office will not schedule appointment unless you give them all of your insurance information over the phone. I am a Medicare patient and do not provide numbers via email, fax or phone. This should be easy and about the patient...not the insurance.

Terribly lazy front desk staff giving you the worst experience, won't be back. I picked that place based on good online reviews and my experience with the doctors was good but I want to warn other prospective patients. Staff coded wrong my physical request and the lab Quest diagnostic is now billing me. Suzie at the front desk is too busy to call Quest to rectify their mistake, Quest won't call the office per company policy. Getting in touch with the office takes a lot of time as they don't return calls, don't always pick up, put you on permanent hold and even drop the calls! They have been giving me the run around for 5 months now. If they don't have your back for a physical imagine how they will treat you when you actually need them for something dire. Going back to my old doctor even if that means I need to drive for 40 min.

Dr. Neil Ramos is a nice enough guy but the clinic itself over all our dysfunctional they do not do their jobs they do not answer the phone they never return your calls when you do leave a message they're very negligent.I started going there on the advice of my fiance and now we're both out of there we cannot take the abuse from them it's terrible do not go. To get anything done there you have to do it yourself and that's not how it's supposed to be when you go see a doctor they're supposed to do their job and pay attention to you and your concerns it seems they don't have time for that. sorry about the review dr. Neil Ramos but I would not recommend anybody to go to this Clinic you guys need to revamp and rework the way you operate their it's unacceptable.

The worst staff (they treat me like I don't know what) and the loudest TV of them all, and he himself tried to make me feel stupid. Where's the over two hour wait option?
