Poor communication
After having teeth extracted, we had a problem and I called the office and they didn't answer the call and they didn't get back to me for an hour and a half and at that time they said that the doctor had already left. Also the dentist who referred my dad to the office told me something different than they told Wagley. I asked them to please confirm it with the dentist and they called the dentist and said they weren't able to get through and they left a message. I said so you weren't able to confirm it and they acted like they did confirm it because they sent a message. In the end I had to insist that he not extract five teeth and only the two that I was aware of and they acted in a kind of condescending way. In the end they only extracted two teeth, which is what the dentist had told me. I was disappointed that they couldn't wait for a confirmation that I was seeking but wanted to hurry the procedure up. Also I was very surprised that they didn't return my call immediately.

Perfection
On 5/18/2022, i had a tooth extraction and a bone graph for a future implant. Dr. Wagley explained everything to me in great detail, answered all my question, and performed the extraction without any adverse incident.
