I’ve called for an appt for my father to see Dr Berrios back on July 26 and was given a date and time , Oct 6 at 10:30 am which I wrote on my calendar. I understand that it’s hard to book appt with any neuro Drs. I wanted to confirm about this appt today Aug 17 so I called back the office and Stacie, the scheduler, told me that it was never booked. She practically told me that I never booked it. She even claimed that I never gave her the insurance information, no infos about my dad. Why didn’t she ask me those questions before giving me a date and time and before releasing me off the phone. I even remember saying to the scheduler I’ll take that date even though it’s a long time from now. It’s just so disappointing for her to accuse me then hang up on me. These people need to learn to be professionals and have a good etiquette on how to treat new patients. She was very rude and very unprofessional.

My parents have been going to this doctor for the last 3 yrs and at the beginning it was okay but the last year has been awful. The doctor doesn’t really pay attention to my concerns and the staff is THE WORST can never get through a live person on the phone had left 4-5 voicemails for the last 2 weeks NO ONE HAS RESPONSE. I am taking of going in person cause we need medical records transferred.
