Dr Bond put a pain stimulator in my back last year it does not work it has never worked he never treated me after he did the surgery I did not see this doctor again until November in the Huntsville office I always seen the nurse practitioner or someone else the incision split open there was nobody there to take care of it I had to go to my family doctor and get antibiotics and then we went to Walmart and got butterflies stitches to close it up I have a horrible scar and a hoe in my back I've been promised three times that he was going to do this surgery and they've given me dates and the day before they cancel it on me I would not recommend this doctor at all

Heartless nurse
Worst power tripping Nurce ever!!! Wait times are horrible 2 plus hours. No one ever answers the phone or emails and meds are never ever put in right or on time. If you ever do get to see Dr. Bond HE is very kind and so smart but surrounds himself with absolute horrible nursing staff who you will deal with 90 person of the time you hardly will ever see him. sidenote the wonderful ladies at work upfront and check you in are so sweet, but the nurses, heartless and incompetent at best.

Longtime patient – Apr 17, 2024

Dr. Nelson Bond is truly an incredible doctor. Both he and his staff are simply amazing. Dr. Bond did not give up on me even when others did. He has truly help me to be pain free. The procedure was truly remarkable. He even fought for me with my insurance company until they agreed that the procedure he recommended was in my best interest. I would highly recommend anyone to use my doctor. If you want someone who is compassionate and truly cares about their patients, it's Dr. Bond! Thank you so much for not giving up on me and pushing forward to help relieve my pain. You are truly the best!!!!!

He has the rudest nurse I have ever encountered. She talks to patients so horrible. No way to reach anyone at his office my phone. So can only send message via email. He only has one nurse, So good luck if she returns your message. And if she does return your message days later, she acts like she’s doing you a favor by replying. This nurse is the most inconsiderate non-compassionate medical professional I’ve ever experienced. Beware he only has one nurse. So unless you Like being talked to horribly, do not use this doctor

Only 1 star because Dr. Bond is at least approachable. Beware, whole different thing behind closed doors. Whole different attitude behind closed doors. You never know if he or his staff will show up to an appt. Your luck if you have to wait for only 2 hours. Strange things going on in background. Physical therapy is rarely mentioned. Injections are his thing. Watch out if they have had a bad day. If you call the 1 and only phone # he has, its a toll free #. Never a live person there

There is absolutely no way to reach anyone at the office. The wait times are outrageous and they don't believe in phones!?!? I had surgery recently and no one will call me back about my horrible pain. No answering service, nothing. I'm so disappointed. Do yourself a favor and find a dr where you aren't just a co-pay.
