Disaffected and negligent
I'm a former chain smoker with a 20 year habit. I came in with complaints about a specific area in my mouth and spots on my tongue. He was casual and cool and dismissive, only examining the area I pointed to. Did not even do a full oral evaluation. The whole visit was 5 minutes or less. I've never seen such a disaffected doctor. He didn't see any problems with the area I was pointing to, barely examined that spot then did NOTHING ELSE, no evaluation of my oral cavity done beyond that, and no tongue evaluation. Unacceptable.

Dr. Liou figured out what all the ENT's in the Woodlands area could not. I'm still a little mad he took my perfect tonsils out of an abundance of caution, but when I bring it up, my wife slaps me in the back of the head and says "he saved your life". Yes he did, he can keep the tonsils. Dr. Liou is a fantastic Doctor w/ excellent bedside manner. i highly recommend.
