Horrible
Suffering with Sarcoidosis for over 20 years and from the first visit tried he make assumptions about what else might be the problem and that I might not even have sarcoidosis after being diagnosed by other doctors on multiple occasions and experiencing all the trademark symptoms. He smirked and sarcastically laughed when he asked me if I ever planed to have kids as if I’m ridiculous for thinking I can in my condition which I thought was very unprofessional. Regardless he ordered me to have a PET scan but him and the entire office has ignored me for months when just asking for them to send over the clinical information I need to get the PET scan approved through my insurance. My insurance had tried to contact their office multiple times as well as myself and I am being deliberately ignored. The way they treat patients is absolutely disgusting! I had to go to the hospital today because of complications which I was trying to avoid had I been able to get the PET scan I need.

My dad had esophageal cancer and dropped over 60 lbs from 200 lbs to 128. He had to have a feeding tube to get nutrition and then had esophagus removed in major Surgury. After he was in the fl Hosp ICU for a week, and weighed less than 135 lbs 5'9.Dr Medina refused to give him pan IV "banana bag," which provides vitamins. He thought it was ok for a 130 lb sick man who can't eat (and just went thru detox) to have nothing but sugar IV for 2 weeks in the ICU. I am not impressed. Unconcerned. Cheap.
