My wife and I received very good care from Dr Bala. She was always attentive and took the time to listen and understand before making recommendation. She also would only prescribe if needed especially if lifestyle changes could address the issue. Have to find another doctor now and she will be hard to replace.

When asked about a new prescription for amoxicillin for pre-dental procedures, she said she would not write me prescription for this antibiotic because of the AMA recommendations despite of what my orthopedic surgeon said. When I asked if my healthcare was a collaboration she said "Not when I write the prescriptions". I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Dr. Bala is new to this location and is replacing a fine doctor that has moved on. I believe the doctor is still learning the practice, but she knows her medicine and has good patient interaction. Which I believe many doctors do not possess. I was in the office today, and everyone in the office was polite, professional and friendly. I have been going to facility for over 10 years and there have been a number of doctors but the staff remains and are very helpful.

Dr. Bala-Albano has been my doctor for years now. Whenever I have medical questions, she answers and explains it to me that I can easily understand. She tells it like it is, some doctors would recommend you take a test, xrays you don't really need. She always leaves it up to me if i want to follow her advice or not.

She is a poor doctor. For vitamin D deficiency she prescribes D2, 50,000 mg once a week. D2 does not improve this problem; patients need to take D3 and 2000/day to improve this deficiency. Her pap smear tests are incomplete because she does a poor job. She thinks 4 percent bone density loss is normal. It is NOT! She does not care about her elderly patients. You wait a long time in the examination room after waiting a long time in the waiting room.

I started seeing Dr. Bala-Albano in Dec. 2015. I've had several visits since then. From the first appointment and each one after she took time with me and has continued to show a genuine interest in my health and wellness. She and her staff have followed up on referrals and such. I am thrilled to have her as my primary care doctor.
