I suffered from lower back pain for several years after a snowboarding accident and subsequent aggravating events and as the years when on sciatic pain and lower back muscle spasms became my normal. I was in my late teens when I was diagnosed with a herniated disc and a later mri would show an extruding disc. I was told that back surgery would very likely be on my horizon. This is a hard thing to hear in your early twenties. As time went on, I had a family member introduce me to a pain clinic. This is where I met Dr. Sam. There is much I could say concerning Dr. Sams character, but suffice it to say, he is one of the most upright men I have ever met. When we sat down together to discuss options he was optimist in his treatment approach to see if we could avoid surgery, while at the same time giving me proper expectations. A few years have passed since my treatment and I am so thankful to the Lord that I was directed to him. My back has improved greatly!!

Excellent Doctor!
Dr Sam truly cares for his patients. He does not rush, consistently listens to new issues or concerns and makes knowledgeable recommendations accordingly. He has greatly helped to manage my pain control therefore improving my daily activities and quality time with my family. So thankful for him and all of the staff!

Excellent Experience
Dr. Sam helped discover solutions that have been unsolved for five years. He gave top-notch care and attention. He was relationally compassionate and medically astute. I would highly recommend Dr. Sam for anyone serious about getting to the root-cause of their condition and getting resolution.
