Best Doctor in town
Dr Harter's care for his patients, and his staff's professionalism, Once Dr Harter retires there will be no more doctors who will care about their patients, and get to the root of the problem, like Dr. Harter, he is an old-school doctor, yet keeps up to date with today's medical issues.

This is my second review on this office. Absolutely disgusting! There's no other way to describe these people. Mr. Harter refused me medical services because I refused to wear a mask. The REASON I refused is because workers in weren't wearing masks and I have completed my COVID vaccination. When I did put on a mask this hospital REFUSED TREATMENT! If you're in a life or death situation then go to this hospital......

Dr Harter has a great personality but a personality is not what I want from a doctor. He spends a very small amount of time with his patients and it shows! There is no way he is giving proper care to people when he is seeing 40 + patients a day!! Retire doc, make way for a doc that care more about people than the dollar!! What a shame.

Dr. Harter has been my G.P. for 22 years and I have always trusted him and his treatments. He is easy to talk to, very personable and professional. The improvement I would recommend is whomever schedules his appointments be replaced as it is common for me to wait 1.5 hours before I see him after my appointment time.

I have the best Doctor in Anderson. I have been a patient of Doctor Harter for approximately 20 years and he has not only been a great care giver but I consider him a friend. He has always demonstrated an excellent bedside manner and he goes beyond just treating his patients by expressing a genuine interest in their lives. He is a true asset to the medical profession. I would not trust my healthcare to another.
