Dr. Bastidas is an excellent doctor. He takes his time with the procedure and he puts your mind at ease.

Terrible practice,staff and dr. Dr bastida treated my mother for a few growth on her scalp. My mom only saw the PA before her procedure red flag!) the dr has no time for you….after the procedure she saw him for a few mins. He said that everything went well… but it didn’t.a week later when I took her to post op we saw the PA again (she’s the only nice person in this office) we demanded to see the dr … it seemed so wrong of him not to care enough to come. He finally came for a few quick min . When I asked him to explain my moms pathology he said he doesn’t know and instructed to call the lab to get it explained. I then went to a different surgeon and he said that based on the pathology report my mom still has positive margins in her head and she needs a second surgery and possibly skin graft Bc the scalp has no more stretch room for stitches. Her tumor started coming back and when you touch her scalp you can feel that there’s still a bump on her scalp. The entire tumor was not removed .

As an oncology nurse treating patients for over 30 years and as the wife of a pediatric Oncologist, I honestly could never recommend the practice of Dr. Bastidas. I have never written a negative review of any physician ever before. I confirmed my appointment with the doctor twice during the week I was to come in. I waited over one hour to see the doctor but that didn't bother me since I knew he must be very busy and I would simply be patient. I was brought into an exam room finally, asked very briefly questions about my history and meds by a woman who was wearing a suit and never identified herself. And it was after that time, I was told by her that the doctor left the office for the day and I would not be seen- no apology or explanation. I was actually incredulous. I came in for a possible cancerous lesion on my nose and called earlier in the week to make sure I would get a biopsy and removal of the lesion. Needless to say that did not occur by the physician who had disappeared.

Terrible. He absolutely rushed the plastic surgery and never followed up. All follow-on treatment was delegated to his PA.

Dr. Bastidas is hands down the most professional and caring surgeon i’ve met! The moment he entered the room on my initial visit he was very informative, listened to what I had to say and confident. On the day of surgeon he talked me through everything, leaving me to feel safe and confident for the outcome. I’m 2 months post op and I’ve never felt better. Any time anybody ask who I went to, I speak highly of him. He will be recommended first!!!

I was a patient of Dr. Bastidas after I had Mohs surgery on my forehead after a diagnosis of basal cell cancer. Even though the basal cell was very small I was still a bit concerned as it was on my face. Dr. Bastidas, from the initial consultation throughout the procedure and the followups, was totally professional. Dr. Bastidas has a great bedside manner, explains everything thoroughly and patiently and is very skilled. He is truly a "nice guy" who makes the whole experience easy and stress-free. I followed his instructions for aftercare and the scar is barely noticeable. Most people tell me that if they did not "know" it was there they would not know it was there. Sometimes I saw his nurse, Robyn for followup appointments. She is also very informative and efficient and pleasant. All in all my experience with Dr. Bastidas, Robyn, and his entire support staff was top notch and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Amazing surgeon. Made the entire process super nice and easy. My face looks awesome and he definitely surpassed my expectations, and I would absolutely recommend him to everyone- I loved the results!

From the setup of my appointment to the removal of my stitches The services have been excellent. The front desk professional and friendly. The assistants were amazing and patient with all my questions. I've never been rushed, nor uncomfortable with my procedures. When you book an appointment time, you are seen at that time. The Dr. Himself has a beautiful personality, obviously skilled in his profession and a nice looking smile :)

Dr. Bastidas and his PA, Robyn, are just gems in the large healthcare world! They put me at ease from the moment I stepped into their office, and made every appointment pleasant and totally pain-free! I had to remove a cyst and I didn't feel a thing - Robyn was extremely gentle and I have no scar now, 2 months later! Thank you both Robyn and Dr. Bastidas.

Removed a dermoid cyst from my seven-month-old. Procedure duration was shorter than expected. No ill effects from anasthesia, and no post-op Tylenol required. Superb incision healed very quickly, in spite of a rambunctious infants’ sabotaging efforts.

What an amazing DR.He took one look at me said I can fix your lip.something that in my 59 years all the doctors and surgery's and injections and pain did not do. he scheduled me right there and then and did not even charge me my copays he waived them. I never thought I would feel so good about my self now I face the world as if I can .ps I walked in his office for my son not even for me and that's the best part.This is how you know how wonderful some doctors really care I highly recommend Dr.B

Dr. Bastidas and his staff are the best! A decade ago my ear was severely damaged because of a car accident. After several operations and a prosthetic ear, I was not satisfied with the results both functionality and aesthetics. Last year, Dr. Bastidas performed a complete ear reconstruction and not enough can be said about his skills as a surgeon and his care as a physician. I am very satisfied with the amazing results. Now, I can wear glasses and pull my hair back with complete confidence.

We went to Dr. Bastidas for ear molds for our newborn son. Our experience with Dr. Bastidas and his staff was one of the best experiences we've ever had with a doctor. He was available, professional, kind, approachable, and did a fantastic job at correcting our son's ears. Dr. B. also understood insurance coverage very well, advising us that the procedure would be covered by our insurance when our pediatrician had specifically said it wouldn't.
