He didn’t listen to what was important to me
This doctor did not appear to hear what was important to me. He fixed a bunion. What was important to me and what I told him, was not having my big toe and next toe touching. After surgery I could no longer separate my toes, they only move up and down.

Great!
Great! Listens and hears patient’s complaints, thorough and easily understood information and instructions. Some things ARE painful but Dr. Ferro has always been as gentle as possible when treating.

He did not really follow through with his recommendations.. He would suggest something and say he did not want to do that; suggested something else and again said he would not do that; he did this 3 times. I did not really trust his judgement I had a lot of pain which he did not care about. I would NOT recommend this doctor.

Had bunion surgery with Dr. Ferro, and it went extremely well. My foot is healing great and the incision looks good so far! I was nervous about the surgery, but it is not near as painful as I expected. I credit this to Dr. Ferro's surgery skills.

Cold and uninterested in the patient. Even though I repeatedly said I could not afford this test or that treatment, he kept trying to trick me into undergoing it. He seemed to be very angry with me because I wouldn't spend a bit of money. At the end of our time, I thanked him and started putting my shoes on; he jumped up and left the room without saying any sort of goodbye to me. Staff didn't speak to me as I left, either, and I had to find the exit myself. Environment creepy and unwelcoming.
