I was very disappointed with Dr. Nicholas Groch. It was obvious that he was not listening to my concerns, and later in the visit, he even admitted as much. Dr. Groch appeared so impressed with himself, explaining that he purposely does not listen to his patients because it's better to treat them from a broad perspective, and if the condition does not resolve, the patients will be back. My condition (which was painful) did not resolve - but I will NOT be back. Additionally, the office was a bit disheveled and rundown. Areas such as the patient rooms had stuff just lying around, and the countertops had unrepaired damage, which made me question the cleanliness of the place.
