Dr. Gularte is kind and smart
This was my first visit with Dr. Gularte and I was impressed by his kindness and willingness to carefully consider all possibilities in a complex issue and be a bit of a detective to get me some answers. He knows a lot and is gentle and friendly in the way he explains the medical terms and what the next steps will entail. I am very glad that I found him.

Amazing PRP with Dr. Gularte
I have been to see Dr. Gularte at Monterey Spine and Joint several times for Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) injections with fantastic results. PRP healed my torn rotator cuff and my shredded knee miniscus, and it eased shoulder pain in my trigger point area. Dr. Gularte is wonderful — great doctor and listener with amazing non-surgical solutions.
