Dr. Nicholas Lowery, DPM

Was referred to Dr. Lowery to do a surgery when I was told he had the best outcomes. I had already had one surgery on my Peroneal tendon that was not aggressive enough. Let me tell you I am somewhat phobic of medical situations, and he did all he could to reassure me. It is early days but I am so glad to have gotten my tendon repair! Continuing to see this practice for some other issues. Pretty prompt message responses on the Healow app. Staff are very nice.

He fused a perfectly good ankle. The ankle wasn’t the problem. The bones in the bottom of my foot is the problem. Now I have a ankle that doesn’t work and all the hardware is broken and slowly backing out my foot.

He permanently fused my ankle cause my ankle and foot was turning in. To find out later cause I was having problems he did the wrong surgery it wasn’t the ankle problem it was all the bones under my foot that was the problem. Now a have a ankle that I can’t use ( which was perfect) and all of my hardware is broken and is coming thru my skin. He lied and knew NOTHING about my leg disease.

I've had a great experience with Dr. Lowery every time I've been there. Always professional and concerned.

DIRTY ROOM WITH TOENAILS ON THE FLOOR. RUDE TREATMENT BY STAFF. WAS NOT SEEN BY THE DOCTOR ALTHOUGH I WOULD CONSIDER THAT HE KNEW I WAS THERE AND HAD THEM PUT ME IN THE DIRTY ROOM? THEN WIPE THE CHAIR WITH A WIPE AND ASK ME TO SIT IN IT? T.V. BLARING. CHEMICAL WIPES ON CHAIR. I'M IRATE. DEAL WITH IT. DIRTY TOENAILS ON THE FLOOR YOU EXPECT ME TO GO IN??? GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER. I WROTE ON MY FORM I'M ALLERGIC TO FRAGRANCE THEY GIVE ME HEADACHES AS I FILLED OUT THE BULK PAPERWORK. RUDENESS, ARROGANCE AND DISRESPECT IN MY OPINION AS I EXPLAINED I DRANK ESPRESSO. THIS IS NO EASY TASK TO SIT IN A CHEMICAL SMELLING ROOM WITH THE DOOR SHUT. THEY SAID IT IS HIPPA LAWS TO SHUT THE DOOR? DUE TO LACK OF RESPECT I LEFT. LET ME SAY THIS I WAS SEEN BY THE DOCTOR BUT NO TREATMENT WAS GIVEN BECAUSE I COULD NOT TOLERATE THE CHEMICAL SMELL LEFT IN THE ROOM AS WELL AS HAVING THE DOOR SHUT WITHOUT FRESH AIR. I AM CHECKING THE BOX BECAUSE I CONSIDER TREATMENT IN THE SENSE THAT HOW YOU TREAT OTHERS.

Everything is a joke with this guy. He is unprofessional and ill equipped to be treating wounds. His idea of an office visit is sticking his head in the door for three minutes. He uses oudated treatment methods which will cause additional damage to a wound as well as increase discomfort and pain.

Anytime I come into the office, he knows me and makes the experience so much better.
