If there was a higher rating I’d give it to him. Dr Marco explained what was going on with me and what he was going to do in a way that I could understand. I can’t say enough good things about the man

Awesome doctor!
My elderly mother was treated by Dr. Marko for a broken Cervical 2. It was a very serious injury and a risky surgery given many factors and possible serious complications. He was thorough in his explanations to us, was very knowledgeable, compassionate, and took the time to set our minds at ease. He was wonderfully patient with her and took the time to talk to her and get to know her. He was great with his follow ups and always was respectful of our family. The surgery went very well, and we are so appreciative to him and his team!

Wonderful Surgeon
Dr. Marko and his staff where wonderful, after bad experiences and complications from a previous back surgery with a different surgeon I am wary of all doctors, but his concern with me as a person was very much appreciated. He did 12 1/2 hours spine surgery fixed everything the other surgeon screwed up. My back is still not perfect, never will be, but how I feel today is 100% better than I felt before seeing Dr. Marko.

Dr. Marko is one of finest and most knowledgeable surgeons here in the state of Virginia . I would recommend him to anyone!! My husband is now free of back pain as Dr. Marko told him he would. Dr Marko took the time to talk to us and explain everything that would be involved in the surgery. We went to him on a Monday and In surgery on Friday. We highly recommend him… we are so thankful for being sent to you. You’re the best!! ??

He did surgery on me and cut through to the place that hold the spinal fluid the surgery I had was hernitated disk surgery stated at 1130 and was suppose to had me back at 1240 I got to my room at 440 because they had to repair the mistake the Dr had made surgery took 5hours and 10 minutes which shouldn't lastest 1hr and 20 minutes he gets in a big hurry at what he is doing

I had a very bad experience with this doctor and his office. He is very insensitive and does not take his patients seriously. I sought help from him during the darkest time of my life and he misled me and refused me additional care and follow up after my first appointment. 2 years later I am struggling to the point where I had to quit my job. There's a lot of very basic things I cannot do without pain and I have had to take additional steps in my recovery that would not have been necessary had he told me the truth and gave me the care I requested/needed. Go somewhere else. It'll save you so much pain and trauma
