Much worse after 1st visit, won't even see you
I guarantee that all the good ratings were from people who gave them only after the first visit, and not the second. The first visit he gave all sorts of promises and how he would diagnose me, the second visit I was supposed to see him but he wasn't even there. The person there belittled the condition I suffer with and wasn't even wanting to further diagnose me. Dr. Ross lied on other accounts as well.

Dncluding Dr Ross has been consistently impressive with knowledge of my underlying dx's, very helpful with targeted referrals, even arranging promptly for MRI within hours of my most recent visit.

I recently met Dr. Ross for my first appointment. I found him to be very engaging; he is sharp, smart and perceptive. He has a terrific bedside manner and he is patient and kind. I highly recommend him.
