What impressed me was how kindness and attentiveness of Dr. Scott, among other things. I call him a human doctor because talking to him is like talking to an old friend. He listens and tries to address your specific concerns. You can always tell when a doctor enjoys his work and Dr. Scott ostensibly loves to help people. This, coupled with his extensive medical knowledge, make him an excellent choice as a pain management physician.

Dr. Scott is friendly and professional! He is the 1st doctor to explain my results of my MRI in detail. I feel comfortable with him and his plan of action on trying to get my pain in check. He came highly recommended. He does take his time with you and I didn't feel like I was just another number or having boxes just checked off.

Takes time to explain every step of treatment .

Dr. Scott was very thorough in seeking information about the results that the two previous diagnostic procedures produced. He then explained the upcoming Radio Frequency Ablation and the “pre-op” and post-op instructions. Dr. Scott has been very forthcoming with all necessary information regarding the procedures and his bedside manner is very reassuring.

Excelent. Dr. Scott quickly had a decisive POV about a diagnosis and a remedy for my issue; which was based on his earlier review of existing information. My time wasn't wasted.

Dr Scott is so thorough with my health and is very kind, and always asks if I have any questions. I have waited many times for OTHER Dr's past my appointment time and maybe very, very few times have I waited more than 15 minutes and he always tells me 'thank you for your patience'. How many times has your Dr said this? I have been a patient with Dr Scott for over 3 years and before I make any changes to my new Medicare plan the first thing I ask is does your plan have Dr Nicholas Scott on it or I won't choose that plan, Period! Dr Scott thank you for all the care you have provided to me.

Dr. scott always inquires about and clearly addresses areas of pain! Doesn’t feel like he is rushing to the next patient!

There are so many people to help throughout your visit. The person who checks you in, explains the forms that you need to fill out. The gentleman who inputs all your information and asks specific questions if something needs explaining. The first impression of Dr Scott is that he is personable. He is professional but explains things so you can understand. He asks questions to get to know you better and your situation. He gives you his plan of care, which you ask questions and confirm his plan of care. Then you have the lady who checks you out. Nice and friendly. She takes care of any follow up appointments. The doctor who performs the “STEM” test, (I hope that is what it is called) was so awesome. She puts you at ease, she even made a joke. Everyone is wonderful. I would recommend this doctor and facility to anyone.

He went over the information and explained what he believed would be the best plan of action. He is very kind and caring and I find him to be very trustworthy.
