Too busy for his own good
My son has a heart condition and is seen only once per year. When scheduling an appt we had to wait almost 2 months. We missed the appt by 45 minutes and was told they couldn't get us in for another month. Very sad they can't make an exception when it comes to a little ones health. In the process of switching providers.
