Caring family Dr
Dr. Nick Stepanski is my and my sons primary care provider. We see him for our annual visits and additional well visits as needed. Him and his staff have always treated us with respect and kindness. They will call me to make my appt when it is time and to come in and get lab work done. I am thankful for a local, smart, compassionate, health care team.

Worst medical facility
Reception is awful. I’ve returned a call they left ME, only to be told the person I need to talk to is “in a room” and will call me “right back”. Never received the call. Luckily, I am able to access my lab work through a different facility, and was able to consult with another doctor.I had to cancel an appointment bc of an emergency, I called, but was still charged a $50 no show fee. Tried to make an appointment for over a week, phone just kept ringing with no option to leave a message. I finally called the answering service, who told me that the office was closed for the week and they knew nothing further. I go to a lot of medical facilities and THIS is by far the worst. I have better luck with hard to get in doctors- neurologist, endocrinologist, cardiologist, amongst others, and getting an appointment at THIS primary care facility is the worst. Save your time and find someplace else. The lack of empathy of the receptionist also leaves something to be desired.

He is the most caring physician I know of. Family oriented. Takes time to listen to you. Was his father’s (James) patient for 40 years and when James had to retire his son took his practice over. Professional and great follow up. Couldn’t ask for a better doctor.
