She’s friendly and provided good education. The only hiccup was the Rx was sent to my old pharmacy and I specifically gave the updated pharmacy address to the LVN during intake. Luckily I checked the discharge paperwork and caught the error before I left the urgent care. I went inside to point out their mistake and gave them the correct pharmacy address AGAIN.

Urgent Care Visit
I saw Dr. Henley at the Pomona Valley Health Center Urgent Care. She was extremely friendly and professional and she took the time to listen to me so she could fully understand my symptoms. I have had mixed opinions about various providers at this urgent care but I was pleasantly surprised with this visit and left feeling at ease.

Favorable
Dr. Henley was very knowledgeable and accurately diagnosed me with the flu and ruled out pneumonia, while explaining what I should expect over the course of the week. The nurse was kind and took vitals as well as administered a flu test quickly. For how busy it was they gave me the proper care and got me out quickly.

Urgent Care Visit
Physician is professional, only issue I had is she forgot to double check if she had sent my meds out to my pharmacy correctly… I understand she’s busy, but I wasn’t able to sleep due to my symptoms yet again….Ill give the 5star, but please double check when sending the meds so the patient don’t have to suffer over 24hours from visit. Thanks

Great bedside manner
Dr. Henley was amazing. Was very determined to figure out what was going on with me and helped me feel a lot better. Dr. Henley makes sure to rule everything out before giving a diagnosis and I loved that. Most physicians don’t listen to there patients but Dr. Henley does!!
