Beware of this provider
I spoke about my concerns and issues that have came up, it felt like she did not provide me with any solutions, no discussions of what could be happening and it felt like I was being rushed, I understand they have a time limit in each room but it did not feel productive at all. To top it all off, the complete unprofessionalism in her note in MyChart was astounding. She completely lied about most of what happened and what was discussed and then gave me a diagnosis with no discussion, no referral or anything. I will immediately remove her as my PCP as I do not feel safe or trust her with my care to lie and completely disregard me.
