I had cataract surgery in both eyes. Dr. Bajic, listened to my wants and needs and was patient and helpful on the type of lense I had inserted. Have perfect vision now, thanks to her!!

I had cataract surgery by Dr. Bajic and it was a very smooth experience. I am able to see perfectly without glasses. I am amazed by the result! She made the whole experience very smooth and easy. I really enjoyed interacting with her and her team.

This doctor was so very dismissive to my mother. She has Alzheimer’s and has been in horrific dry eye pain. She treated my mother so poorly and told her she does not have a magic wand to fix her. THANK GOD we got another opinion from a dry eye specialist who fixed my mothers eyes in days. He told her she had horrible erosion under her lid and treated her so kindly. I highly recommend against using Dr Bajic for anything other than a basic eye exam. She is dismissive and very snarky.. it’s will highly recommend the other physician we saw, as that is what Cleveland clinic stands for .

My 79-year-old father was a patient of hers up until a week or so ago - after she basically fired him. His big offense…he called her ‘hon’! After he said this, she, understandably so, informed him that she does not appreciate that terminology because she is a doctor who worked long and hard to earn that degree. He then went on and apologized, immensely,..stating he was so sorry, but that term to a young lady was just part of his generation. In addition, he continued to tell her about his granddaughter and a daughter and that he truly wants nothing more than both of them to become respected, successful women. I would think a ‘doctor’ or any grown adult would be able to identify true intentions with his words. Shame on you…Doctor!!!

I have a long history with medical professionals, and I strongly believe it's vital to find a doctor who is a good fit. About a year ago, I had an ocular migraine and needed to be seen. It was a good day as I met Dr. Bajic. Her warmth and knowledge and bright confidence won me over immediately. I knew that I would need cataract surgery at some point, and I decided to have Dr. Bajic be that person whom I would trust. She thoroughly explained all of my options but did not rush me to surgery. Both eye surgeries were successful though one was more complicated! I am a chronic pain sufferer--and her empathy for that and her willingness to consider my responses to treatment based on my condition are remarkable and RARE. Since surgery, she has also worked with me on several chronic eye conditions suggesting multiple avenues for treatment. The key words are "with me." Together we discuss options and next steps. She is phenomenal! I couldn't ask for a better partner in my healthcare!

Dr. Nicole Bajic is an asset to the medical field. Her knowledge, professionalism and caring show in her treatment plans. She only wants the best for her patients and she gives her VERY best to them, while treating them as a person and not just a name on a chart. A serious case of facial shingles that went into my eyeball introduced me to Dr. Bajic 15 months ago and her abilities has saved both my eye and my sight. She has been an angel from day one. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!

I will start by saying that I work in the medical field so I have the opportunity to interact with many different health care providers. Dr. Bajic ranks among the top in terms of her courtesy, kindness, and very reassuring consultative approach to the patient. I was honestly nervous because I was having real trouble with my vision and my eyes were hurting which was affecting my work. Dr. Bajic did a full compliment of tests and came up with a plan that seemed simple, thoughtful, and centered on getting me back to normal as quickly as possible.
